Vinny Mauriello began his career with Gerber Group shortly after graduating from the C.W. Post campus of Long Island University in 2000. After securing a front-of-house position at Wetbar in New York City during his last year of college, he quickly climbed the ranks and was promoted first to Assistant Manager, then General Manager, during the course of a year. His extensive knowledge of day-to-day operations, coupled with a knack for people-skills and forward-thinking, solidified him as an integral member of the company. In 2007, Mauriello was named Managing Partner. He now assists in crafting Gerber Group’s acclaimed cocktail menu and participates in all new business ventures. He has been quoted as an industry expert in numerous publications including New York Post, BlackBook and Thrillist.
