Oliver Kroll joined Gerber Group in 1995 as the Director of Operations. His responsibilities include: pre- and post-project planning and development; reporting to ownership on the overall financial management of the company; developing annual operating budgets; overseeing human resources; team member training; developing company policies, procedures, and operating standards; and providing overall organization leadership and supervision. A graduate of University of Illinois, Kroll has worked with various food, beverage and hospitality groups throughout his career, including 10 years with the U.S.-based restaurant group Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Kroll has overseen projects with Giorgio Armani, Ian Schrager Hotels, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, The Related Companies and Accor.
