Maria Ferrer is the Director of Human Resources, and Gerber Group’s Office Manager. Her responsibilities also include all licensing, permits and insurance for the company’s entire portfolio. After earning a degree in Business, Ferrer joined Peter R. Friedman Ltd., where she worked alongside Scott Gerber who was a Partner at the Firm. Ferrer later moved with Gerber to develop Gerber Group in 1997.
