In March of 2015, Gerber Group opened Irvington, a New American bar and restaurant with Mediterranean-influences, at W New York – Union Square, highlighting fresh, locally-sourced ingredients from the neighboring Union Square Greenmarket. Currently, Gerber Group is working on a bar and restaurant concept in New York’s Lower East Side projected to open in fall of 2015.
